These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Retirement Dream Builders, including our websites, funnels, forms, emails, SMS/text messages, resource areas, membership programs, digital content, community features, newsletters, store updates, services, coaching, travel and relocation-related resources, and any related products or services we provide.

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Mission
Retirement Dream Builders exists to help people explore retirement, travel, relocation, and lifestyle possibilities with greater confidence.
Our mission is to be “The one place for all the questions on how to build the best NEXT chapter of your life.”
We provide educational resources, planning tools, community access, videos, checklists, guidance, and related services designed to help members think more clearly about retirement lifestyle decisions, especially for those exploring the Philippines or other international retirement options.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
You will use our services only for lawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel access, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Services We Provide
Retirement Dream Builders may provide free help to those who support out You Tube channel. There are also extra “done for you” services and helps in addition to free resources for those who support the channel on a monthly basis, including but not limited to:
Free subscriber updates
Email newsletters
SMS/text updates
Early access to select videos
Educational videos
Travel and relocation resources
Short-term accommodation resources
Long-term rental search resources
Flights, airline, and travel-planning resources
Member-only newsletters
Community access
Private chat access
Retirement guides and checklists
Budget calculators and planning tools
Lifestyle and city-match resources
Coaching, Q&A sessions, and group calls
Relocation Services, including visa help, housing, and home staff,
Personalized planning support for eligible members
Store updates, merchandise, discounts, and welcome gifts
Tours, trips, visa assistance information, relocation assistance information, and other related services
Some services may be available for free. Other services may require a paid Supporters of the channel, as Patreon calls “membership”, purchase, or separate agreement.
4. Free Access and Paid Memberships
We may offer different access levels, including free access and paid Supporters “or membership tiers.
Free access may include starter resources, public updates, travel links, selected videos, accommodation resources, store/service updates, and other basic materials.
Paid memberships may include additional resources, tools, guides, calls, community features, discounts, gifts, planning support, coaching, or personalized assistance depending on the selected membership level.
Access to specific benefits depends on your membership status and eligibility. Some resources may be locked or unavailable unless you have the required membership level.
We may add, remove, update, rename, or change benefits at any time to improve the member experience.
5. Membership Pricing
Current Support Levels that are rewarded with gifts: “paid membership tiers” may include:
Bronze Retirement Dream Member: $19/month
Silver Retirement Dream Member: $99/month
Gold Retirement Dream Member: $199/month
Prices may change in the future. If pricing changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members according to applicable platform, payment processor, or communication rules.
6. Payments and Billing
Paid memberships, products, services, or other purchases may be processed by third-party payment processors or membership platforms.
By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method.
We do not directly store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials unless specifically stated. Payment processing is generally handled by third-party providers.
You are responsible for all charges, taxes, fees, currency conversion fees, and payment processor charges associated with your purchase or membership.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Monthly membership payments
Digital resources
Coaching access
Community access
Downloadable tools
Supporter Benefits are the same as what Patreon calls “Membership benefits”
Store purchases or service-related payments unless otherwise stated
We may, at our sole discretion, review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis, but we are not required to issue refunds.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your paid monthly support, also known on Patreon as membership, at any time.
If you cancel, your access generally continues until the end of your current billing period. After that billing period ends, access to paid resources, paid community areas, paid tools, paid calls, and paid benefits may be removed.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
You are responsible for canceling through the applicable billing, payment, or membership platform where your subscription is managed.
9. No Professional Advice
Our content and services are for educational and informational purposes only.
Retirement Dream Builders does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, insurance, immigration, real estate, or professional relocation advice.
Nothing we provide should be treated as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals. You should consult your own licensed professionals before making decisions involving:
Retirement planning
Investments
Tax matters
Legal matters
Immigration or visa applications
Real estate purchases or rentals
Healthcare decisions

Travel safety

Travel pricing

Any specific city, country, or lifestyle being suitable for you
Any examples, stories, testimonials, estimates, budgets, or case studies are for educational purposes only and are not promises of what will happen for you.
11. Travel, Relocation, Visa, and Philippines-Related Resources
We may provide resources related to travel, housing, rentals, flights, airlines, visa assistance, relocation assistance, tours, trips, city comparisons, lifestyle planning, and living in the Philippines or other locations.
These resources are intended to help with research and planning. They are not guarantees of accuracy, approval, availability, safety, suitability, legality, or outcome.
Travel rules, rental prices, visa rules, local laws, healthcare availability, costs of living, airline routes, and service availability may change at any time.
You are responsible for verifying all information with official sources, licensed professionals, service providers, government offices, airlines, property hosts, landlords, and other relevant parties before making decisions.
12. Accommodation, Rental, Travel, and Third-Party Links
We may share links or recommendations for third-party platforms, including but not limited to accommodation platforms, rental websites, travel platforms, airline websites, booking websites, service providers, and other external resources.
We do not own or control third-party websites or services unless specifically stated.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party pricing
Availability
Booking terms
Cancellations
Refunds
Safety
Accuracy of listings
Property conditions
Host behavior
Travel delays
Service failures
Third-party policies
Third-party privacy practices
You should review all third-party terms, policies, reviews, fees, cancellation rules, and requirements before booking, purchasing, or submitting personal information.
13. Affiliate Links and Referral Relationships

14. Coaching, Calls, Q&A Sessions, and Personalized Guidance
Some paid memberships may include coaching, Q&A calls, group calls, mastermind meetings, onboarding sessions, budget reviews, lifestyle assessments, city-match frameworks, decision plans, or personalized planning support.
These services are educational and informational. They do not create a professional-client relationship such as attorney-client, financial advisor-client, tax advisor-client, medical provider-patient, or immigration consultant-client relationship.
Any personalized feedback is based on the information you provide and is intended to help you think through options. It is not a guarantee, professional determination, or official recommendation.
You remain fully responsible for your final decisions.
15. Community Rules
If you access any community area, chat room, comment section, group, live call, or interactive feature, you agree to communicate respectfully.
You may not:
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
Share spam or scams
Post illegal content
Impersonate another person
Share private information about others
Promote unrelated products or services without permission
Disrupt the community experience
Record or redistribute private calls without permission
Share paid resources outside the membership
We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate membership if community rules are violated.
16. User Submissions
You may choose to submit information to us, including comments, questions, budget details, travel timelines, lifestyle preferences, testimonials, messages, reviews, photos, or other materials.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate the rights of others.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, edit, and distribute content you voluntarily submit for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, or delivering our services.
We will handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
17. Testimonials and Member Stories
If you submit a testimonial, review, success story, comment, video, photo, or feedback, you give us permission to use it for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless you clearly request otherwise in writing.
We may edit testimonials for clarity, length, or formatting, but we will not intentionally change the meaning.
Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that others will have the same experience.
18. Store, Merchandise, Gifts, and Discounts

Availability, fulfillment timelines, shipping costs, product designs, sizes, colors, inventory, vendors, and pricing may change.
If a membership includes a welcome gift or merchandise bundle, that benefit may be subject to eligibility, active membership status, shipping availability, supply availability, address confirmation, and other fulfillment requirements.
Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, customs, incorrect addresses, or third-party fulfillment providers.
19. Email and SMS/Text Communications
By registering, submitting a form, joining a list, purchasing, or otherwise providing your contact information, you may consent to receive emails, SMS/text messages, and other communications from us.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
For SMS/text messages, you may reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. We may also honor opt-out requests made through other reasonable methods where required by law.
You understand that opting out of marketing messages may not stop transactional or account-related messages where permitted by law.
20. Double Opt-In
We may require double opt-in confirmation for email and cellphone registration.
This helps confirm that the contact information provided belongs to the person registering and that the person agrees to receive communications from us.

If you receive access to our digital materials, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use those materials for personal planning and educational purposes only.
Your membership or purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
We may revoke access if you violate these Terms.
23. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

Share paid content with non-members
Resell our materials
Misrepresent our content as your own

We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, errors, delays, lost messages, access issues, platform changes, payment processor issues, or third-party technical failures.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.
By using our services, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for your specific needs.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cascade Partners Group LLC, Retirement Dream Builders, and our owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, agents, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages.
This includes damages related to:
Financial losses
Travel losses
Relocation decisions
Visa or immigration outcomes
Rental or accommodation issues
Health or safety issues
Lost profits
Lost opportunities
Data loss
Service interruptions
Third-party platform issues
Personal decisions made based on our content
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
29. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cascade Partners Group LLC, Retirement Dream Builders, and our owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, agents, representatives, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law
Your violation of another person’s rights
Your content or submissions
Your decisions based on our resources
Your interactions with third-party services or providers
30. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully.
You and Cascade Partners Group LLC agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at admin@retirementdreammembers.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Cascade Partners Group LLC agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, your membership, your purchases, or your relationship with us shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. You and the Company waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, collective action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding.
You and the Company also waive the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court where permitted, or from seeking temporary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or unauthorized use of content.
The arbitration shall be governed by applicable federal law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Florida.
If any part of this arbitration or class action waiver section is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
31. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Where arbitration is not required or enforceable, you agree that any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
32. International Users
We may serve users worldwide.
If you access our services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws. You understand that your information may be processed in the United States or by service providers located in other countries.
33. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, misused our services, created risk for us or others, failed to pay, or engaged in conduct that harms the community or business.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update them, we may revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using our services.
